This clear glass pot was made by Pyrex in the late 1950's or early 1960's and may have originally been sold as a set with a smaller pot to be used as a double boiler. For sale here is one clear pot with lid, in excellent condition with no scratches, chips, or stains, only a small amount of minor scuffing on the bottom of the inside which may be a touch of limescale from hard water.
This pot is a unique piece which allows you to see how your dinner is coming along without having to lift the lid, and glass pots don't hold on to smells and clean up more thoroughly than steel.

Due to the nature of vintage items being used, we cannot guarantee that any item will be in perfect working condition. Oftentimes vintage items need a bit more creativity to operate than a brand new item and can have unique quirks like a stiff button, or wiggly latch. We do our best to thoroughly test and describe the condition of every item we sell.
Returns will be handled on a case by case basis, and partial refunds will not be given under any circumstances.
