This pipe stand was made some time in the late 1960's or early 1970's by Decatur Industries of Decatur, Indiana.
This leather stand is on a flexible metal core which can be bent to hold the pipe in upright position, and on a solid wood base. Original maker's mark sticker on the felt covered bottom.
