1970's Commodore Typewriter

1970's Commodore Typewriter

$229.78

Here is a Commodore typewriter from around the time of rise of the computer, made in Germany. Here's a Commodore that actually isn't a Consul, but an Erika Model 33 instead. Commodore sold Consul machines before, and after, this rebadged Erika was offered to its customers
Commodore Typewriters Ltd. was started by Jack Tramiel and Manfred Kapp in Toronto, Ontario 1958. They would import typewriters and sell them as Commodores. It is in used condition. That said it looks amazing, no major issues and is the familiar Commodore grey plastic. It is fully working and seems very clean inside and out, very low mileage.
It is 13"x 13"x 5"
It seems to be fastened to the bottom of it's carrying case.
We will load it up with a fresh ribbon of your choice.
This is a beautiful machine that collectors and writers would love equally.

Please let us know in the notes on checkout whether you'd like black, black/red, purple, or blue ribbon

Due to the nature of vintage items being used, we cannot guarantee that any item will be in perfect working condition. Oftentimes vintage items need a bit more creativity to operate than a brand new item and can have unique quirks like a stiff button, or wiggly latch. We do our best to thoroughly test and describe the condition of every item we sell.
Returns will be handled on a case by case basis, and partial refunds will not be given under any circumstances.

Returns must be shipped back at customer's expense and original purchase and shipping will be refunded after a case is opened with Canada Post.
