This beautiful clip is made from sterling silver with a cinnabar cabochon hand carved with an ornate floral theme and intricate filigree on the back and sides.
Made in China.
Clips like this were used on shoes and sweaters to give plain pieces a pop of colour and this example is of a style popular in the 1920's
