1947 Metalcraft MFG. Co Lighted Ashtray Stand - Local Pickup

This ornate lighted smoker's stand was made by Metalcraft Manufacturing Company in the late forties and was sold through Eaton's catalogues.

Features twin lights with three way switch so you can choose which is lit, as well as four spots for various canisters.

In excellent condition with only very minor pitting in the chrome but no rust spots or flaking. Slag glass base is free from any scratches or cracks as are the two matching lampshades. Comes with three of the four woodgrain metal canisters that it would originally have, all have some surface rust on the interior from holding ashes.

On this stand are two ashtrays and the two covered pots would have been used to hold cigarettes and cigars to keep them on hand and serve them in a sophisticated manner.
