Victorian Mother of Pearl Parasol Handle

Here is a very cool Victorian era parasol handle. It is monogramed, I cannot read it, maybe you can. It features mother of pearl inlays around it.
It is in used condition.
The metal shows some signs of age, but overall there are no major scratches, cracks or broken parts.

It is 3 1/2" long and 1 1/2" at the knob.
