This set of unusual salt and pepper shakers are made in the style of famous English Toby Pottery which can be distinguished by their style of representing weathered faces oftentimes of sea captains
Made in Japan in the 1950s and still have their original corks in the bottom. Some crazing of the glaze but no chips or cracks.
