This set of unusual salt and pepper shakers are the ones you pull out for the family barbeque when you finally get to enjoy some corn on the cob!
Made in Japan in the 1950s and are missing their corks. one may have the cork rattling around inside it. Some crazing of the glaze but no chips or cracks.
