This huge lampshade globe came out of an ice cream parlor established in the early fifties and would have hung suspended on an industrial fixture, made of fairly thick milkglass with finely silvered stripes.
Shade has some wear to it as would be expected from a piece of this vintage but no glaring damage besides some very minor chips in the rim of the flange. Measures 16 inches tall, about 50 inches in circumference and mouth of flange measures 6 inches across.
