This is a promotional ashtray from Seiberling Tire in excellent vintage condition. Along the little tire it reads "SEIBERLING ALL - TREAD Made in Canada" There are some light scratches and a small paint smear. There are no chips or breaks in the glass. Please see pictures for details.
