The British Colonies: Their History, Extent, Condition and Resources was written by Robert Montgomery Martin Esquire in 1834. It was revised and expanded over the following 20 years. This is "Volume I British North America" of the set. The book is not dated but likely printed after 1850 by the The London Printing and Publishing Company. The hardcover is in very good vintage condition with a tight spine and little wear. The pages are in excellent condition with only light discolouration around the edges.
