Original painting by Canadian artist David Jean on black velvet. A masterful portrayal of the iconic City Hall building in Toronto Ontario. The building is painted in a bright yellow in contrast to an incredible amount of subtle, almost haunting detail in the foreground. Please see pictures for details. In excellent condition with no rips, framed and ready to hang. In the bottom right corner is the the artist's signature. The back of the painting is stamped with information from the gallery in Scarborough where it was presumably sold.
