Vintage ashtray from the Parliamentary Restaurant in Ottawa, likely made in the 1950's. The ashtray is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. The back of the ashtray is marked Vandesca Fine China Canada. Vandesca Pottery Ltd operated in Quebec from 1947 until 1959 when it was acquired by Syracuse China.
