Gorgeous double circle brooch featuring bright blue rhinestones on one ring, with an intersecting hollow patterned ring in a shiny gold tone. The brooch is in excellent condition with bright stones and very little wear to the gold tone plating. A lovely piece that could work as an accessory with so many outfits!
