Rare Noritake piece in excellent condition. The little bowl has no chips, cracks or crazing. There is a manufacturing defect with some dark, very small specks of paint from the textured border that flecked onto the hand painted scene. Painted in dreamy blue and grey hues with the mastery Noritake is known for, a lovely collector's piece. Stamped underneath Noritake Hand Painted Made in Japan with the mark M surrounded by a wreath for Morimura, the original namesake of the brand.
