This beautiful salt and pepper shaker set is in very good condition. There are no chips or cracks in the ceramic shaker, one stopper at some point had extra padding added. There are some light scratches in the hand painted scene, pictured. Masterfully painted showing a romantic scene of a cottage in a meadow with a big tree and warm, bright orange hues in the sky. The tops of the shakers have an iridescent blue lustreware finish. Marked Made in Japan. Please see pictures carefully and let us know if you have any questions!
