Antique Noritake Serving Platter, Lustreware Hand Painted Rose Design with Gold Trim, 10 1/2" Made in Japan

Beautiful Noritake serving platter in very good condition. The handled dish has no chips, cracks or crazing. There is some wear to the gilt, particularly on the handles, otherwise the paint and glaze is in excellent condition. Hand painted in a beautiful rose pattern with a eye catching lustreware finish, a lovely collector's piece. The plate is stamped underneath Noritake Hand Painted Made in Japan with the mark M surrounded by a wreath for Morimura, the original namesake of the brand.
