Charming fine china table lighter, made in Japan by Royal Sealy. The striking tall lighter features a floral rose pattern that wraps around all sides of the holder. The lighter mechanism has been fully tested and is working well, it has a fresh wick and flint. The lighter ships empty of fluid for safety and will just need to be filled to use. The lighter holder is in very good condition with no chips or cracks, there is some light wear to the gold accent. Please see pictures carefully and let us know if you have any questions!
