This cute grandpa ceramic decanter is in great vintage condition. There is some minor wear in the paint shown as small chips as seen in the images. His head acts as the cork. There is a small stamp on the base that says "Japan". Based on this makers mark we guess it was made in the 40s or 50s. He is ceramic but light weight.
