Vintage Ridgmont Make Straw Boater Hat with Red and Black Ribbon, Small 55cm Circumference

This vintage straw hat is in great vintage condition and is very stylish. There are some minor signs of wear and tear in the straw on the brim of the hat and some light fraying on the ribbon, which is connected to the hat with a sturdy pin. Otherwise the suede piece that sits on the head is in perfect condition as well as majority of the straw. There is some light discoloration on the fabric piece at the top of the head. There is the makers mark printed inside the hat "The Ridgmont Make" which is a company created by the Vyse family in 1845.
