Here is a vintage chrome plated brass crucifix.
It seems to be a crucifix that would be mounted on the casket for the service and removed before burial.
There is an S bend at the bottom which appears to be a mount, shows wear from set screws.
The chrome does show signs of it's age but overall very nice condition.
