Vintage Public Utilities Commissions metal enamel crest pin for Kincardine. Kincardine is an Ontario town near Lake Huron, at the mouth of the Penetangore River. Design is a crest with the town motto in Gaelic "Cum 'nad Chuimhne ar Sinnsre" which translates to "Keep in remembrance our ancestors." The motto reflects Kincardine's deep Scottish roots, which date back to its founding by Scottish settlers in 1848. Pin is in good vintage condition, some signs of age, and part of the clasp is bent. See photos for condition.
Pin is 3 x 2.5 cm
