Vintage Yugoslavian Mladost youth education lapel/stick pin. This pin is a piece of educational memorabilia from socialist-era Yugoslavia. The pin says "Za đaka Mladost" which means "For the Mladost Pupil." The word Mladost (meaning "Youth") refers to the prominent Mladost publishing house based in Zagreb (now in modern day Croatia). This institution was one of the largest and most influential publishers in Yugoslavia, specializing in children's literature, educational materials, and school supplies.
