It was established in 1949 while the region was part of the former Yugoslavia. It is famous for its 16 cascading, turquoise-colored lakes and magnificent waterfalls, including the 78-meter "Veliki Slap." This pin is vintage, from when Croatia was a part of Yugoslavia. The pin is in good, vintage condition, some signs of age. See photos for condition.
