Vintage NK Mercator Ljubljana Yugoslavian/Slovenian football club lapel/stick pin. The club was founded in 1952 as ŠD Svoboda. At the end of the 1950s, it merged with the club Grafičar, which they played under until 1962, when they returned to the name Svoboda. The club was connected with the trading company "Mercator" (Merkator), and operated under the name Mercator from 1970 to 1980, and these were also the club's most successful years. This pin is from the Mercator period, making it from the 70s or 80s. It is in good, vintage condition, some signs of wear/age, see photos for condition.
