Vintage SN Revija lapel/stick pin. SN Revija was a weekly, illustrated sports magazine publication launched by prominent daily sports newspaper Sportske novosti in 1976. The magazine was published in Zagreb, Croatia (former Yugoslavia). It gained a massive following across Yugoslavia, and covered domestic and international soccer (football), featured full-page posters of sports stars, and detailed major global sporting events. The publication ran under the name SN Revija until 1985, when it was replaced by a successor sports magazine titled Sprint.
Yugoslavia was a Balkan country that existed from 1918 to 1992, uniting South Slavic peoples under two main iterations: the Kingdom of Yugoslavia (1918–1941) and the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (1945–1992). Founded on the vision of unity after World War I, it was a diverse nation spanning Bosnia-Herzegovina, Croatia, Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, and Slovenia.
