1985 enamel pin that commemorates the Kin Canada (Kinsmen and Kinettes) national convention held in Kamloops, B.C. Pin design features a globe, the slogan, "Out of this World" and the official emblem for Kin Canada. Formerly the Kinsmen and Kinette Clubs of Canada, Kin Canada is a secular Canadian non-profit service organization. It promotes service, fellowship, positive values, and national pride. The members comprise Kinsmen, Kinette and Kin Clubs (service clubs) located throughout the country. The organization was founded in 1920 by Hal Rogers in Hamilton, Ontario. 1985 was a monumental year for the organization, as they had reached a major milestone by raising over $1 million for cystic fibrosis research.
